About the Role

Protective is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist who is detail-oriented and customer-focused to become a vital part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will handle incoming business and cancellations with accuracy, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Your dedication to quality service will uphold our standards of excellence.

As a bilingual team member, you’ll play a crucial role in fostering inclusive communication by supporting our Spanish-speaking customers and stakeholders. Your ability to bridge language gaps will help create a welcoming and efficient environment for all. 🌐

Fluency in both Spanish and English is a requirement for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming business and cancellations with precision and timeliness
  • Meet or exceed established production and quality benchmarks
  • Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers
  • Support Spanish-speaking stakeholders by facilitating clear and effective communication

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bilingual Communication: Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal skills
  • Preferred Experience: At least 3 years in a customer service or operations role
  • Customer Service & Collaboration: Ability to deliver exceptional service and work effectively across teams
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues and enhance processes
  • Adaptability & Organization: Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical Proficiency: Experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, MS Teams; greenscreen systems experience is a plus
