Position: Member Experience Specialist

Under the supervision of the Senior Customer Experience Program Manager, the Member Experience Specialist will spearhead member engagement outreach initiatives. This role is vital in directly informing and influencing member satisfaction and improving Elderplan’s customer service ratings. The ideal candidate will employ their customer service skills, patience, knowledge, understanding, and compassion to effectively address members’ concerns. 🤝

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Elderplan departments including Quality, Care Management, Service Operations, and Grievance and Appeals to monitor and track member feedback based on service quality.
  • Participate in designing and coordinating outbound campaigns aligned with program goals.
  • Assist the Customer Experience Manager in managing the Member-to-Member Program.
  • Coordinate outreach and all logistics related to Patient, Member, and Resident Advisory Councils.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Liberal Arts, or Counseling.
  • Experience working in community-based organizations, call centers, or member engagement is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and analytical skills. 🧠
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. 💻
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
