Your Responsibilities

Our Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in customer service, luxury retail, or hospitality preferred.
• Fluency in French (written and verbal).
• Poise and confidence working with high-end clientele while maintaining confidentiality.
• People and relationship-driven with a passion for delivering first-class service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strategic, highly organized, and results-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Google Applications.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work remotely and remain productive.
