Your Responsibilities

Our Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in customer service, luxury retail, or hospitality preferred.
- Fluency in French (written and verbal).
- Poise and confidence working with high-end clientele while maintaining confidentiality.
- People and relationship-driven with a passion for delivering first-class service.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strategic, highly organized, and results-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Google Applications.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work remotely and remain productive.
