Responsibilities
- Ensure best-in-class customer service during the vehicle repair process 🚘
- Maintain high levels of communication, enthusiasm, and problem-solving skills 💬
- Schedule customers for collision repairs and estimate appointments following SOPs 📅
- Handle large volumes of inbound and outbound customer communications professionally 📣
- Assist with rental reservations and tow scheduling 🚗
- Demonstrate urgency and empathy in all interactions ⏱️❤️
- Clarify, research, plan, and respond to customer inquiries thoroughly 🕵️♂️
- Resolve problems by active listening and resource utilization to ensure customer satisfaction ✅
- Multitask across multiple communication channels effectively 📱💻
- Follow department processes to ensure consistent performance 🔄
- Maintain company-issued equipment and report issues promptly 🛠️
- Act in a manner that fosters positive outcomes for customers and the company 🌟
- Keep customer and company information confidential 🔐
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management 🎯
Qualifications
- High School diploma or G.E.D. 🎓
- Willingness to work rotating Saturdays and flexible schedules 🗓️
- Modern, high-speed internet that meets minimum requirements 🌐
Work Hours & Compensation
The Customer Experience Associate position offers a flexible schedule, including weekends, with the following hours:
- Monday – Friday: 10:30am - 7:00pm CST
- Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm CST (rotating, subject to change)
📝 The position pays between $17.50 and $18.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
