- Proficient in Windows & Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure with a sense of urgency and manage multiple priorities
- Self-directed with the ability to make sound decisions independently

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations planning for specific Printpack customers, overseeing items, orders, inventory, and shipment releases to meet customer needs while optimizing production resources
- Process orders and shipment releases accurately and promptly to ensure timely delivery of the right products
- Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams for daily operations
- Follow up on internal and external customer needs and Printpack production requirements
- Analyze forecasts to proactively plan production, maintaining minimum stock levels and adapting plans to demand changes
- Research, investigate, and follow up on customer complaints
- Create and maintain reports supporting sales and customer service, such as inventory, order status, and trial reports
- Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external customers, demonstrating a high level of commitment to excellent customer service
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience in related fields
- Previous customer service experience
- Familiarity with PRISM / OMS & HP systems is a plus
- Leadership capabilities are desirable but not mandatory
- Willingness to travel for customer visits
- Fluency in Spanish is desirable but not required
