Location: Oriente, Lisbon, Italy

Contract Duration: 1 year
Work Schedule: 5 days a week, 8 hours a day

Relocation Assistance 💼

• Reimbursement of airfare up to €400 (Economy class) on the 6th month of the contract
• Apartment room with a rent of €280/month for 12 months (deducted from payslip)

Job Description 📋

• Provide exceptional post-sales tech support to clients for various domestic appliance brands
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer tech inquiries via phone and email
• Proactively improve client satisfaction during diagnostics, including utilizing YouTube tutorials for additional support
• Operate with three different software programs throughout the support process
