Job Details

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour break
- Flexible hours for French clients (hybrid schedule): 16:00-01:00 or 18:00-03:00
- Canada clients: Work from home with shifts from 16:00-01:00 or 18:00-03:00

Responsibilities

  • Handling calls: Managing inbound and outbound calls to address various customer inquiries.
  • Multi-channel support: Managing chat, email, and social media transactions to resolve customer questions.
  • Technical support: Troubleshooting issues related to client diabetes-device management software and apps.
  • Request processing: Handling requests for free-of-charge items and assisting customers in product selection.
  • Warranty management: Determining warranty applicability based on product complaints and coordinating orders or replacements.
  • Record keeping: Logging product complaint details for further investigation by the quality team.
  • Follow-up contacts: Making outbound calls to reconnect or follow up as part of CRM campaigns.
  • Customer communication: Responding to inbound emails and messages via phone, email, or other channels.

Candidate Profile

  • Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English and French.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to address customer concerns effectively and find solutions.
