About the Role 🎯

The Customer Care Associate ensures smooth support for a portfolio of customers by handling inquiries, resolving requests, and fostering satisfaction with Odoo products. This role focuses on reactive support, effective task management, and collaboration with internal teams to elevate the customer experience. You will develop expertise in Odoo software, contribute to process improvements, and maintain a solution-oriented attitude in a lively environment.

Responsibilities 📝

Client Relationship Management 🤝

  • Manage approximately 1,400–1,600 accounts, providing consistent and efficient support.
  • Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries, emphasizing reactive support over proactive upselling or high-touch engagement.

Customer Support 💬

  • Handle administrative customer requests with speed and accuracy.
  • Guide customers clearly to maximize their experience with Odoo.
  • Maintain excellent communication and ensure customer satisfaction at every interaction.

Operational Excellence ⚙️

  • Consistently meet performance metrics related to work ethic and case resolution.
  • Use tools and processes to manage tasks efficiently in a quick-paced setting.
  • Work with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Odoo software to provide expert support.

Knowledge Sharing 📚

  • Distribute educational resources to empower customers with self-service options.
  • Document and share insights to optimize workflows and improve the customer journey.

Qualifications & Requirements 🎓

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluency in English and French (professional or native/bilingual skills, including reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Outstanding organizational skills and reliability, capable of managing workloads efficiently and punctually.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a solution-oriented approach suited for fast-paced environments.
  • Basic proficiency with G-Suite applications and customer support tools, comfortable working within standardized processes under pressure.

  • Interest in software products and a willingness to learn ERP or SaaS solutions.

Estimated annual salary range: $63,000 – $79,000.* Salaries may vary based on experience, education, performance, and location.
