About the Role

The Customer Care Associate ensures seamless support for a portfolio of approximately 1,400–1,600 customers by addressing inquiries, resolving requests, and fostering satisfaction with the Odoo product. This role focuses on reactive support, efficient task management, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance the customer experience. You will develop expertise in Odoo software, share resources, and contribute to process improvements—all while maintaining a solution-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment. 🚀

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management 🤝

  • Manage a portfolio of about 1,400–1,600 accounts, ensuring consistent and efficient support for all customers.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, emphasizing reactive support over proactive upselling or high-touch engagement.

Customer Support 📞

  • Handle administrative customer requests swiftly and accurately.
  • Provide clear guidance to help customers maximize their experience with Odoo.
  • Maintain excellent communication and ensure customer satisfaction in all interactions.

Operational Excellence ⚙️

  • Consistently meet performance metrics related to task resolution and work ethic.
  • Use tools and processes efficiently to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
  • Build in-depth expertise in Odoo software to deliver knowledgeable support.

Knowledge Sharing 💡

  • Distribute educational materials and resources to empower customers with self-service options.
  • Document and share insights to improve workflows and elevate the customer experience.

Qualifications & Requirements ✅

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluency in English and French (professional or native/bilingual—reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Exceptional organizational skills, dependability, and the ability to manage workloads efficiently while maintaining punctuality
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a solution-oriented approach for fast-paced environments
  • Basic proficiency with G-Suite applications and customer support tools
  • Comfort working within standardized processes in high-pressure situations

Salary Range & Equal Opportunity

The estimated annual salary range for this role is $63,000–$79,000. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, education, skills, and location.
