About the Role

The Customer Care Associate ensures smooth support for a portfolio of clients by addressing inquiries, resolving requests, and building customer satisfaction with the Odoo platform. This role focuses on reactive support, efficient task management, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience. You'll develop expertise in Odoo software, contribute to process improvements, and maintain a proactive, solution-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment. 🚀

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Manage approximately 1,400–1,600 accounts, providing consistent support.
    • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, focusing on reactive support rather than proactive upselling.
  • Customer Support:
    • Handle administrative customer requests swiftly and accurately.
    • Guide customers to maximize their experience with Odoo.
    • Maintain open communication and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Meet performance metrics related to work ethic and task resolution.
    • Use tools and processes to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-moving environment.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
    • Develop in-depth expertise in Odoo to provide expert support.
  • Knowledge Sharing:
    • Distribute educational materials and self-service resources to customers.
    • Document insights and share best practices to improve internal workflows and customer experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree 🎓
  • Fluency in English and French (professional or native/bilingual; reading, writing, speaking)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and dependability — manage workloads efficiently while maintaining punctuality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a solution-oriented approach suited for fast-paced environments.
  • Basic proficiency with G-Suite applications and customer support tools; comfortable following standardized processes under pressure.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in customer support, account management, or related fields.
  • Interest in software products and willingness to learn ERP or SaaS solutions.
  • Ability to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.

The estimated annual salary range for this role is $63,000 - $79,000. Salaries vary based on education, experience, achievements, and location.
