What You Will Do 🎯

• Assist customers with inquiries and concerns in English, Spanish, or Italian via phone, chat, or email
• Communicate effectively with customers, demonstrating empathy and patience
• Support your team by working collaboratively with colleagues and the Team Lead
• Promote the Group culture internally and externally
• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

What We Are Looking For 🔍

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish or Italian
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer care center; experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Passion for helping others and finding fulfillment in assisting customers
• Willingness to work in shifts (morning, day, afternoon, night), including weekends and public holidays
• Proficient in MS Office and good computer skills
• Positive, future-oriented, diligent, and results-driven attitude
• Must be willing to work onsite in Manila
