Pay Rate: $17 - $18/hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently. 🤝
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, company policies, and procedures in both languages. 🗣️
  • Assist customers with order placement, returns, refunds, shipment tracking, and account-related concerns. 📦
  • Escalate complex issues to senior representatives or supervisors when necessary. 🚨
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 📝
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality. 🤝
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, system updates, and company policies. 📚
  • Support additional administrative or data entry tasks as assigned. 💻

Key Requirements & Technology Experience

  • Must haves: Customer Service/Customer Support, Bilingual/Spanish, Call Center environment 🌎
  • Fluency in English and one additional language (written and verbal). 🗣️
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 🙌
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. 🧠
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a professional attitude. 🎯
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service tools/software. 🖥️
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. ⚡
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. ⭐
