Starting Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $20.57 (Base pay $19.07 + Premium Pay $1.50)

Key Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, professional, and insightful service to passengers in airport settings, including ticketing, baggage assistance, and greetings at the gate.

• Anticipating and addressing customer needs proactively.
• Maintaining a safety-first mentality, ensuring compliance with airline and FAA regulations.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Fluent in both English and Japanese.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
• Background check clearance.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Availability to work day/night shifts, weekends, holidays, and possibly overtime.
• Successful interview completion.
• Ability to meet attendance, uniform, and appearance standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the service industry is preferred.
