Starting Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $20.57 (Base pay $19.07 + Premium Pay $1.50)

Key Responsibilities
- Providing friendly, professional, and insightful service to passengers in airport settings, including ticketing, baggage assistance, and greetings at the gate.
- Creating welcoming environments where all travelers feel valued and respected.
- Anticipating and addressing customer needs proactively.
- Maintaining a safety-first mentality, ensuring compliance with airline and FAA regulations.
- Adapting to challenges with composure and supporting teammates with new processes and technology.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- At least 18 years old.
- Fluent in both English and Japanese.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
- Background check clearance.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Availability to work day/night shifts, weekends, holidays, and possibly overtime.
- Successful interview completion.
- Ability to meet attendance, uniform, and appearance standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the service industry is preferred.
