The Opportunity 🤝
Be an integral part of our language training team, designing engaging courses that mirror real-world language analyst tasks. Your work will include developing diverse training materials—from eLearning modules and interactive lectures to practical demonstrations and role plays. Collaborate with instructors and developers to tailor content to meet client needs, and craft evaluation tools to measure student performance effectively.
🎯 Responsibilities
- Define and document: customer operational requirements, training objectives, and language proficiency levels.
- Prioritize: requirements for training development projects.
- Research & leverage: classified and unclassified resources for authentic language content.
- Develop: transcription, translation, and analysis of operational, task-based exercises.
- Collaborate: with instructors and developers in designing and documenting training materials.
- Utilize technology: like Audacity, Adobe Creative Suite, andPremier to produce blended learning modules.
- Work with experts: to source and develop language materials for SIGINT operations.
- Create: practical evaluations to test mastery of learning objectives.
- Identify & recommend: tools and applications that enhance training delivery.
📚 Qualifications
- Educational Background: B.A./B.S. in Language, Area Studies, Education, Technology, or related disciplines.
- Language Proficiency: Native-level ability in Russian (ILR Level 4 in reading, listening, speaking) and English (ILR Level 2), or native English speaker with ILR Level 3 in Russian.
- Experience (Minimum 5 Years):
- 3 years in SIGINT or Intelligence Community as a language analyst or instructor.
- At least 2 years developing, documenting, or updating language training materials, following ISD principles.
- Additional Experience: 4 years of applicable experience in lieu of degree, totaling 9 years.
- Technical Skills: 1 year of typing in foreign languages, and experience with instructional systems design and web-based teaching technologies within the last 4 years.

💰 Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $78,700 - $165,200. Final compensation depends on factors such as location, experience, skills, and education. We offer competitive benefits, including healthcare, wellness programs, retirement plans, family support, continuing education, and generous time off.
