🔹 Responsibilities:

  • Identify Opportunities: Discover new customer needs and expand the range of services they use.
  • Proactive Communication: Maintain daily contact with clients through meetings, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Strategic Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Platform Adoption: Increase the use of Pmweb's platforms and products, driving customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Create and lead workshops to train clients on how to effectively use our tools.
  • Project Management: Participate in special projects assigned by management and collaborate with operational teams.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track client metrics daily to ensure strategies are optimized.
  • Impactful Reporting: Develop and present weekly and monthly reports with insights on performance and service usage.
  • CRM Strategy Development & Implementation: Focus on optimizing campaign segmentation and personalization using methodologies like RFV (Recency, Frequency, Monetary Value) and LTV (Lifetime Value).
  • Control Group Implementation: Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • LTV Analysis: Identify valuable customers and propose actions to maximize the return on the relationship.
  • Multichannel Campaign Development: Create campaigns aligned with customer needs and behaviors, using segmentation data.
  • CRM KPI Monitoring: Analyze retention, churn, and engagement rates, suggesting continuous improvements.
  • Internal Team Collaboration: Work with marketing, data, and BI teams to ensure CRM strategies align with business objectives.
  • Detailed Performance Reporting: Provide insights into customer behavior and campaign effectiveness.

🔹 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in client portfolio management and strategic account management.
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing, CRM campaigns, and performance marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and Loyalty program best practices.
  • Strong data analysis skills to identify new business opportunities using metrics and results.
