R3 Continuum is seeking compassionate and diverse behavioral health professionals to expand our network in Jersey City and surrounding areas in New Jersey. In this role, you will offer on-site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by workplace disruptions.
• We are especially looking to grow our network of Farsi and Arabic-speaking consultants in your region.

Requirements

• 📝 Independently licensed in the state of New Jersey (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist)
• 🎓 Minimum of a master's degree in mental health
• 🛡️ Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000 / $3,000,000
• 🔑 Willing to complete R3C's DEM crisis response training or provide proof of approved CIR training

Salary Range 💰

Compensation: $100 – $125 per hour
