Qualifications & Requirements

• 📝 Independently licensed in California: LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist
• 🎓 Minimum of a master's degree in mental health
• 🛡️ Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance: $1,000,000/$3,000,000
• 🔄 Willing to complete R3C's DEM crisis response training or provide proof of approved CIR training

Compensation

Salary Range: $100 - $125 per hour
