Your Role in Our Future

As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing a designated portion of the Sales Ledgers to optimize cash flow, reduce bad debts, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will support credit controllers with ledger management, assist in resolving escalations, and handle complex debt cases, especially those involving external processes. Your efforts will ensure timely collection of amounts owed to Quadient Limited and Quadient Finance, meeting and exceeding set targets such as DSO, Ledger %, BDP %, and Team Cash. You'll also follow all dunning cycles diligently.

This position is offered on a remote basis, providing flexibility to work from anywhere.

About The Role

• Collection of outstanding debt: Contact clients via telephone and email to recover overdue payments.
• Manage debt status: Track and update the collection process to ensure accuracy.
• Record maintenance: Keep all query statuses and contact information up to date within core business systems.
• Interdepartmental collaboration: Attend meetings with sales and other departments to minimize customer disputes.
• Order processing: Handle credit-held orders and liaise with sales or customers as necessary.
• Litigation support: Assist in preparing accounts for potential litigation in early problematic cases.
• Additional tasks: Perform any other duties relevant to the role.
