Join our dynamic TikTok Music Creator Agency in the MENA region! We're seeking an experienced, well-connected Creator Manager to help us identify and onboard talented music creators in both Arabic and English-speaking markets. 🎶🌍

About the Role

The primary goal is to recruit 50 music creators to join our agency by scouting talent on TikTok, introducing them to our opportunities, and highlighting the benefits of collaboration.

Scope of Work

• 🔍 Scout and identify TikTok music creators across the MENA region
• 🤝 Reach out and introduce creators to our agency
• ✨ Explain the benefits, opportunities, and collaborations our agency offers
• 💬 Build and nurture relationships with creators to encourage their participation
• 📋 Maintain a comprehensive database of contacted and onboarded creators
• 🗣️ Support communication between creators and agency management

Requirements

• 🌐 Fluent in both English and Arabic
• 🎵 Strong understanding of TikTok and music creator culture
• 🤝 Experience in influencer outreach, creator management, or social media is preferred
• 🌍 Existing network of creators in the MENA region is a significant advantage
• 🗨️ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• 🚀 Self-motivated, proactive, and energetic

Successfully scout and recruit a minimum of 50 music creators to join our agency.
