Experienced Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) Wanted 🚀

Join our team of dedicated professionals! We are seeking experienced CRAs to support our Full Service Outsourcing team across Canada, with a focus on Oncology and Ophthalmology projects. Candidates on the East and West Coast, especially those who are French-speaking, are highly preferred. This role involves regular travel across Canada and on-site work to ensure high-quality clinical trial management.

What You Will Do 📝

Leverage your expertise, clinical judgment, and dedication to provide exceptional care and support for participants in clinical trials, responding swiftly to emergency situations in accordance with research standards.

Responsibilities 📋

  • Site Monitoring & Management: Handle all aspects of site monitoring, including routine visits, close-out procedures, study file maintenance, pre-study and initiation visits, and liaising with vendors.
  • Study Site Oversight: Manage study sites’ activities as outlined in project plans to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • On-Site Monitoring: Conduct general site visits, verify proper procedures, and ensure protocols are followed.
  • Participant Safety & Protocol Compliance: Ensure study staff have all necessary materials and instructions for patient entry; verify informed consent procedures and adherence to protocol requirements, safeguarding participant rights.
  • Data Integrity: Oversee data collection, monitor Case Report Forms (CRFs) for accuracy and completeness, and identify missing or inconsistent data.
  • Registry Management & Feasibility: Manage all registry aspects per project plans and undertake feasibility studies as requested.
  • Adverse Event Reporting: Complete Serious Adverse Event (SAE) reports, generate narratives, and follow up on events efficiently.
  • CRF Review & Query Management: Independently review CRFs, identify discrepancies, and generate queries to ensure data quality.

Preferred Qualifications 🎯

  • Experience in Oncology or Ophthalmology clinical trials
  • CAR-T experience is highly desired, especially for senior CRAs located anywhere in Canada
  • On-site work experience with 8-10 days per month on site
  • French language skills are a plus
  • Based on the East or West Coast of Canada preferred
