What We're Looking For 🎯
We are seeking a digital and tech-savvy Country Manager to oversee and grow our Polish-language web shops. You will act as the primary contact for our Polish-speaking customers, managing sales inquiries, quotations, and purchase orders while providing technical guidance and personalized support via phone and email.
Beyond your core duties, you'll have the opportunity to initiate projects that enhance customer experience, streamline internal processes, or boost our marketing efforts. These initiatives are flexible and tailored to your skills and interests, with examples including creating use cases, improving FAQs, optimizing manuals and quickstart guides, or refining SEO and SEA content.
You will work closely with our international teams across the US and Europe, communicating through Slack, phone, email, and project management tools.
Key Responsibilities 🛠️
- Manage the full sales cycle for our Polish-language web shops
- Handle the entire support process for Polish-speaking customers
- Provide consultative sales and technical support to SMBs and key accounts via phone and email
- Maintain and enhance content across Polish-language web shops and marketing channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational processes, tools, and customer experience
What You Bring to the Table 🎓
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills in both English and Polish, written and verbal
- Previous experience in sales and/or technical support
- Self-motivated with a high degree of autonomy
- Digital and tech-savvy mindset
- B2B experience is a plus
- Basic understanding of display technologies is advantageous
- Proactive, communicative, and comfortable working independently
