• Experience in sales and/or technical support: Able to manage customer inquiries effectively.

• B2B experience: A plus for handling larger-scale projects and corporate clients.

• Manage the full sales cycle for our Polish-language web shops.
• Support Polish-speaking customers through inquiries, quotations, and purchase orders.
• Provide consultative sales and technical support via phone and email to SMBs and key accounts.
• Optimize content across web shops and marketing channels tailored for the Polish market.
• Collaborate with international teams to improve operational processes, tools, and customer experience.
