Job Description

The Country Manager will be fully responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing market positioning, and overseeing operational performance in Italy. This role is pivotal within the international team, contributing to the company's strategic expansion.

Key Accountabilities

  • Full Market Ownership: Develop and execute a strategic sales roadmap, increase brand and service awareness (e.g., via roadshows), and consistently meet revenue targets.
  • Business Development: Build and nurture long-term relationships with Italian media agencies and direct clients.
  • Executive Negotiations: Lead high-level negotiations with management and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Strategic Advisory: Offer expert consultation throughout the entire sales cycle.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on deep knowledge of the Italian media landscape.
  • Industry Representation: Act as a company ambassador at key industry events and networking functions within Italy.
  • Cross-Functional Activities: Collaborate closely with headquarters and international colleagues in neighboring regions.
  • Organizational Growth: Build and scale the local sales team in Italy.

The Successful Applicant

  • Educational Background: Degree or specialized certification in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Digital Media Expertise: Over 10 years of experience with a proven track record in sustainable client acquisition.
  • Extensive Network: Strong connections within the Italian agency landscape, especially in Milan or nationwide.
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of digital marketing KPIs and emerging technologies.
  • Languages: Native or full professional fluency in Italian; fluent in English required.
