Position Summary
The Corporate Recruiter – Banking Specialist will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle for diverse roles spanning operations, compliance, finance, client services, technology, and support functions. This pivotal role involves assembling and nurturing high-performing teams that align with the bank’s strategic objectives, all while delivering a professional and engaging experience for candidates. 🤝
Key Responsibilities
- 🤝 Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft tailored recruitment strategies for various roles across the bank.
- 🔎 Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations.
- 🌐 Source qualified candidates through multiple channels: job boards, networking, internal Talent Database, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
- ⚙️ Maintain strong pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles, emphasizing operational excellence and candidate quality.
- ✅ Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to internal compliance standards, diversity initiatives, and regulatory requirements.
- 📝 Utilize the bank’s applicant tracking system (ATS) to keep accurate, up-to-date candidate records.
- 🚀 Support employer branding efforts by highlighting the bank’s culture and values throughout the recruitment process.
- 📊 Prepare and present regular recruitment reports and analytics to leadership to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- ⏳ 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within financial services or a corporate setting.
- 💼 Proven success in recruiting for roles across operations, finance, compliance, and administration.
- 🗣️ Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- ⚡ Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- 🔒 High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- 💻 Proficiency with ATS platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- 🏦 Prior experience recruiting in a regulated banking environment.
- 🗣️ Bilingual skills in English and Spanish or Portuguese are a plus.
