🌟 The Role Overview

Position: Bilingual Copywriter (English & Spanish)

This role involves reviewing, translating, and adapting all materials from English to Spanish, ensuring alignment with Herbalife Nutrition’s brand messaging and tone of voice. The content will be culturally relevant to our US Spanish-speaking audience.

You will develop marketing content across various channels including:

• Print
• Video
• Websites
• Blog posts
• CRM platforms
• Email marketing
• PowerPoint presentations
• Newsletters
• Event materials
• Advertising campaigns (promotions, product launches, etc.)

📝 How You Will Contribute

• Write compelling copy maintaining the agreed tone of voice and grammatical accuracy in Spanish.
• Translate high-volume content rapidly and develop web copy for consumer and distributor sites.
• Translate marketing content for diverse channels, including web, print, and video formats.
• Create innovative solutions that reflect the Herbalife Nutrition brand while meeting marketing goals.
• Monitor cultural trends to ensure messages stay relevant and appropriate.
• Manage projects from inception through execution, including metadata, keywords, and search terms.
• Prioritize projects effectively to meet deadlines and follow review and approval processes.
• Work efficiently, accurately, and independently handling numerous projects.
• Become cross-trained across various writing areas and proficient in translation software and project management tools.

🔑 Qualifications & Skills

Skills Required

• Exceptional bilingual verbal and written skills in English and Spanish 🇺🇸🇪🇸
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Translation Management and CAT tools
• Excellent proofreading skills with knowledge of proofreader's marks
• Enterprising, resourceful, and able to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, with strong prioritization skills
• Effective communicator across all levels, sensitive to cultural diversity

Experience Needed

• At least 3 years as a journalist, corporate writer, or agency copywriter focused on the Spanish market
• Minimum 4 years of translation experience
• At least 2 years of digital marketing experience
• Editorial experience across various media
• Problem-solving ability and self-direction under supervision
• Strong team player attitude
• Experience with marketing or advertising agencies or departments is a plus
• Previous work in the wellness industry or multi-level marketing in nutritional products is preferred

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Spanish, Marketing, Literature, Journalism, Advertising, Business, Public Relations, or related field
• Relevant coursework in communications, journalism, literature, advertising, or business
• Translator certification or accreditation
