The Role

The Bilingual Copywriter will review, translate, and refine all materials from English to Spanish, ensuring alignment with Herbalife Nutrition’s brand messaging and tone of voice. This role plays a key part in developing marketing content across multiple channels, including:

• Print and digital media
• Websites and blogs
• CRM platforms and email marketing
• PowerPoint presentations and newsletters
• Event materials and advertising campaigns (promotions, product launches, etc.)

🚀 How You Can Contribute

• Write copy using the agreed tone of voice in grammatically correct Spanish 📝
• Translate high volumes of work efficiently, including web copy for consumer and distributor sites 🌐
• Create content for various channels: web, print, video, and social media 🎥
• Develop creative solutions that reflect the Herbalife brand and meet marketing objectives 💡
• Monitor cultural trends to ensure message relevance and appropriateness 📈
• Manage projects from inception to execution, including metadata and keyword definition 📂
• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and approval processes ⏱️
• Work independently and accurately across a large volume of projects 🏃‍♂️
• Cross-train in all areas of writing, including product, editorial, and web content, and utilize translation and project management tools 🔧

🔍 Qualifications

Skills & Background

• Exceptional bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written ✨
• Strong organizational and project management skills 📊
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with translation management systems and CAT tools 🖥️
• Meticulous proofreading skills with knowledge of proofreader's marks 📝
• Enterprising, resourceful, and capable of handling multiple projects under tight deadlines 🚀
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, with excellent prioritization abilities 🎯
• Effective communicator with cultural sensitivity at all organizational levels 🌎

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years as a journalist, corporate writer, or agency copywriter in a Spanish-focused environment 📰
• At least 4 years of translation experience 🔄
• Minimum of 2 years in digital marketing 📱
• Editorial experience across various media formats 🖋️
• Ability to problem-solve and work under supervision ✅
• Proven team player and self-motivated contributor 🤝
• Experience in consulting, advertising, marketing, wellness, or multi-level marketing sectors preferred 🌿

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, Spanish, marketing, literature, journalism, advertising, business, public relations, or related fields 🎓
• Relevant coursework in these areas 📚
• Translator certification or accreditation is a plus 🏅
