Position Overview
We’re looking for a passionate and collaborative bilingual (English + Spanish) copywriter to join our creative team in Huntington Beach, CA. In this full-time, in-person role, you will work alongside Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Digital Content teams to create award-winning digital initiatives for integrated campaigns and social media. Your mastery of words, ability to connect emotionally, and flexibility in writing style will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities
- Fluent in English and Spanish to craft authentic, grammatically correct content.
- Deliver engaging copy that drives audience engagement.
- Develop compelling taglines and concise campaign messages.
- Balance product messaging with current trends and seasonal content in social copy and captions.
- Write scripts and social post concepts aligned with social trends, maintaining brand tone.
- Collaborate on decks and presentations for pitches.
- Establish and maintain consistent brand tones across all touchpoints.
- Generate ideas suitable for multiple media channels.
- Stay attuned to social trends and themes.
- Rework concepts collaboratively to enhance effectiveness.
- Transform brand challenges into opportunities through creative problem solving.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Track work and edits independently and thoroughly.
- Demonstrate a passion for storytelling and the craft of writing.
- Adapt seamlessly to different brand voices and target audiences across platforms.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a creative copywriter, preferably in a creative agency environment.
- Deep knowledge of current social media trends and platform functionalities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Keynote and Google Suite.
Nice to Have
- Experience submitting work for awards.
Additional Information
💰 Salary Range: $95,000 - $115,000
