Your Role & Key Responsibilities 🚀

As a Coordinator, you will spearhead the Theme Game program, develop fan segments, and lead activation initiatives to expand the Padres' fan base. This collaborative role demands excellent communication, project management, and teamwork skills.

• Exemplify Padres Core Values & Mission: Communicate with fans from diverse backgrounds, embody innovation, accountability, integrity, and effort.
• Coordinate Theme Promotions: From brainstorming to event completion, oversee all aspects of themed promotions.
• Vendor & Budget Management: Work with procurement and third-party vendors to select, quote, and purchase promotional items, ensuring budget and deadlines are met.
• Marketing & Campaigns: Develop strategies to boost fan engagement, ticket sales, and awareness of themed promotions and special offers.
• Content & Asset Development: Maintain website content, promotional assets, videos, emails, and flyers supporting themed initiatives.
• Communication & Logistics: Manage email correspondence, coordinate delivery, storage, and inventory with vendors and ballpark operations.
• Performance Monitoring: Collaborate with leadership to evaluate event success, prepare reports, and optimize future initiatives.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including marketing, analytics, partnerships, ticketing, and community relations.
• Budget & Vendor Relations: Assist in managing the budget for activations and promotional items.
• Game Day & Event Support: Train staff, assist with activations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth experience for fans.

Required Knowledge & Skills 🧠

• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), CRM, and the ability to learn new software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications & Work Requirements ✅

• At least 18 years old at employment start.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• 1-2 years relevant experience.
• Availability to work during Padres home games, weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Physical capacity to access various ballpark areas, lift up to 25 pounds, and travel as needed.
• Complete all pre-employment checks including a background verification.

Compensation & Benefits 💰

Based on California laws, the starting hourly rate is $20.54. Overtime, discretionary bonuses, and additional benefits may apply, depending on experience and skills.
