The Coordinator Supervisor oversees scheduling, coordination, and administrative operations to ensure efficient delivery of home health care services. Managed activities include supervising staff, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and maintaining clear communication among staff, clients, and caregivers. Additional responsibilities may adapt to the needs of the business. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

    • Lead and mentor the coordination team to enhance performance.
    • Assign tasks, monitor daily activities, and evaluate staff performance.
    • Conduct team meetings to foster collaboration and address challenges.
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Manage caregiver schedules to meet client needs promptly and effectively.
    • Resolve scheduling conflicts and handle last-minute shift changes.
    • Maintain effective communication with clients, caregivers, and staff.
  • Compliance and Documentation
    • Ensure all activities adhere to state and federal regulations.
    • Maintain accurate care plans, schedules, and caregiver records.
    • Address discrepancies or compliance issues swiftly.
  • Client and Caregiver Support
    • Be the primary contact for escalated concerns.
    • Collaborate with clinical teams on care plans.
    • Assist with onboarding and training new caregivers.
  • Operational Efficiency
    • Develop processes to streamline scheduling and improve productivity.
    • Monitor workload and redistribute tasks as needed.
    • Track KPIs and prepare reports for leadership.
  • Crisis Management
    • Respond promptly to emergencies or urgent situations.
    • Ensure backup plans are in place for caregiver absences.

Qualifications πŸŽ“

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory experience in home health, healthcare, or a related environment.

    • Proficient in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of state and federal regulations for home health agencies.

Annual salary ranges from $68,000.00 to $73,000.00.
