Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Controller role is ideal for a proactive finance professional eager to advance from Assistant Controller to Controller in a dynamic printing manufacturing environment. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing financial operations and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities 📝

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Produce and analyze weekly, quarterly, and annual reports, including closings and reconciliation.
  • Audit & Compliance: Lead audit processes and ensure adherence to financial regulations.
  • Invoices & Credits: Ensure accuracy within ERP and QuickBooks (Desktop).
  • Collections Oversight: Collaborate with collections agencies and oversee receivables management.
  • Sales Reconciliation: Reconcile sales reports between ERP and QuickBooks.
  • Support to Executive Leadership: Assist the CEO with quoting new projects and handle ad-hoc reporting needs.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage all accounting functions and support upper management.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee three direct reports.
  • Inventory Management: (Preferred) Manage inventory tracking and reporting.
  • Task Communication: Ensure timely updates and follow-through on urgent or sensitive issues.

Qualifications ✅

  • Financial Expertise: Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Educational Background: Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in relevant roles, preferably in manufacturing or production environments.
  • Leadership: Proven experience managing an accounting team.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Desktop.
  • Personal Attributes: Assertive communication, patience, adaptability, high organization, and attention to detail.
  • Language Skills: Hebrew language skills are a plus.
