Summary of the Position 📌

We are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee our accounting and finance operations. This role involves financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, audits, internal controls, and supervising the accounting team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, CPA certification, and extensive management experience in finance or accounting.

Key Responsibilities 📝

• Oversee daily accounting and finance operations
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
• Improve accounting processes and internal controls
• Supervise and support accounting staff
• Manage company insurance policies and related documentation

Qualifications & Skills 🎯

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA license preferred
• Minimum 7 years of accounting experience
• Minimum 5 years of management experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Leadership and team management skills
• Japanese bilingual skills are preferred
• Experience in the travel or tour industry is a plus
