Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally across commercial, operations, R&D, and procurement departments to enhance financial performance.
• Support strategic decision-making and ensure alignment with global HQ standards.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Own monthly and quarterly performance reviews & KPI tracking.
• Deliver actionable insights on revenue, margins, and cost drivers.
• Partner with functional leaders to influence business decisions.
• Prepare reporting for HQ, the board, and global stakeholders.
• Enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and data quality.
• Lead the US team in financial controlling activities.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian is mandatory 🇮🇹

Compensation & Benefits 💰

Salary Range: $175,000 - $185,000 plus a large bonus
