Role Overview

Woliba is currently seeking licensed Contract Massage Therapists to support our expanding on-site services for corporate clients throughout the Atlanta metro area. This flexible, contract-based role involves providing chair massages and table massages (45, 60, or 90-minute sessions) at wellness events, employee appreciation days, and scheduled wellness activations.

Responsibilities ✨

• Provide on-site chair and/or table massages to employees at corporate locations, tailored to event needs.
• Arrive punctually, fully prepared with all necessary equipment (massage chair or table, linens, oils, sanitization supplies).
• Create a safe, welcoming, and professional experience for all participants.
• Collaborate with Woliba's onsite team and client representatives to ensure seamless event flow.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and professionalism throughout.
• Adapt massage techniques based on participant needs, event context, and time constraints.
• Support larger wellness activations, such as wellness fairs, when needed.

Requirements ✅

• Current Massage Therapy License in the State of Georgia.
• Proof of Liability Insurance (required).
• Minimum 1–2 years of massage therapy experience, ideally in event or corporate settings.
• Ability to provide both chair and table massages using your own portable equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various metro Atlanta corporate sites.

Nice to Have 🌟

• Certification or experience in stretching techniques (e.g., assisted stretching, mobility work).
• Prior experience supporting health fairs, onsite wellness events, or sports recovery activations.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced or high-volume event settings.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus.

Compensation 💰

• Paid per event or hourly, depending on the scope and client requirements.
• Massage sessions may vary from 15-minute chair massages to 90-minute table sessions based on the event.
• Competitive rates based on experience, service type, and event duration.
