We’re seeking an experienced Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to support high-volume hiring for back-of-house kitchen roles. This is a remote contract position suited for a quick-moving communicator who takes pride in delivering quality, consistency, and results with minimal ramp-up time.

What You’ll Do 🔍

• Recruit for BOH kitchen roles: Line Cooks, Leads, Kitchen Managers
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Maintain strong attention to detail: across candidate communication and tracking
• Communicate proactively and clearly: with candidates and hiring partners
• Adjust sourcing strategies: when market conditions change
• Consistently meet weekly and monthly hiring goals
