Current Opportunity: Content Operations Specialist (Digital Books Content)

We are seeking a dedicated Content Operations Specialist to support content curation, metadata quality, and platform integrity initiatives. If you are detail-oriented and passionate about digital content, we want to hear from you! 📚✨

Project Details

• Employment Type: W-2 employee (benefits based on hours worked)
• Project Duration: Open-ended
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (40 hours/week)
• Location: WFH – San Francisco Bay Area (must be near Cupertino for equipment pickup)
• Hourly Rate: $35/hour

Note: Candidates must have valid U.S. work authorization. We do not provide visa sponsorship for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize daily and advanced content curation tasks across written and audio content 📝🎧
• Report bugs and errors through internal systems, following best practices 🐞
• Manage escalations related to metadata, content integrity, and platform quality 🚨
• Prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment ⚡
• Balance workloads across a distributed team to ensure throughput and coverage 🤝
• Develop and maintain SOPs, workflow guides, and training materials 📄
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors 🔧
• Adhere to client-specific quality standards 📋
• Complete tasks accurately within established timelines ⏱️

Requirements

• Ability to work securely from home environment 🔒
• Native or fully bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written) 🗣️📝
• Strong cultural awareness and native-level skills in relevant country/region 🌎
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to quality 📅✨
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 💻
• Ability to navigate networks and websites using different browsers 🌐
