Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated stories on Wattpad.
• Investigate written long-form content that violates Community Guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with platform policies with a keen eye for detail.
• Handle sensitive and potentially toxic content with professionalism.
• Maintain personal wellness and resilience regimes due to exposure to challenging content.

Prerequisite: Past moderation experience required. Bilingual proficiency in Turkish is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in content moderation or a strong interest in online safety.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Technical savviness with quick adaptation to new systems.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Experience with resilience and wellness practices in challenging environments.
• Bilingual in Turkish is a must.

Additional Information

This is a remote, part-time contract position open to residents of US or Canada. The interview process is conducted virtually via platforms such as Google Meet and Zoom. 🖥️
