About the Role 📝

As a Content Moderator, you will review, analyze, and moderate user interactions and content within the gaming and e-sports community. Your role is vital in ensuring that shared experiences are respectful, fun, and adhere to community standards. Your proficiency in Italian will enable effective communication with our diverse user base, fostering a positive and collaborative gaming environment.

Responsibilities 🚀

• Moderate user-generated content in the gaming and e-sports community specifically in Italian
• Evaluate content submissions and interactions to ensure compliance with community guidelines
• Assist players via forums and chat platforms by answering queries and resolving concerns
• Identify and escalate instances of inappropriate behavior or content
• Collaborate with team members to enhance user experience and foster community participation
• Stay updated on gaming trends and e-sports news for effective moderation
• Promote a respectful and inclusive online environment

Requirements ✅

• Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
• Strong familiarity with gaming and e-sports culture
• Experience in content moderation or community management is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and talent for interpersonal relations
• Detail-oriented and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
