We're pioneering the first end-to-end Corporate Event OS, a platform designed to streamline event management for businesses—covering suppliers, logistics, budgets, payments, and administration. After validating our market and closing a pre-seed round of 1.05 million euros with top-tier VCs, business angels, and high-level tech founders, we are now entering the exciting phases from 0 to 1 and beyond.

About the Role

This position is perfect for someone eager to learn how to build a startup from the inside out—making decisions, analyzing numbers, setting priorities, and executing daily tasks.

Our offices are located just steps from the university. We are building our social media presence from scratch, with two distinct goals:

  • Generating sales pipeline on Instagram
  • Developing our employer brand on TikTok

To achieve this, we're looking for a person who can produce native video content independently, using just their phone, without waiting for instructions. Someone familiar with both channels as a user, eager to learn how to harness them as powerful business tools.

Responsibilities 🎬

  • Manage the entire video production process for Instagram and TikTok: scripting, shooting, editing, publishing, and maintaining the editorial calendar.
  • Create 3 sales-oriented Reels weekly on Instagram, covering deal stories, objections, and outbound POVs in collaboration with our team.
  • Document our company life authentically on TikTok—day-in-the-life videos, behind-the-scenes content, skits—to attract top talent in our industry.
  • Coordinate batch shooting sessions with founders and the Head of Marketing.
  • Track weekly metrics to analyze what content performs best and optimize strategies accordingly.

Candidate Profile 🌟

  • Use Instagram and TikTok daily and have a natural intuition for high-performing formats.
  • Edit videos quickly and autonomously.
  • Shoot content with just a phone, without the need for sets or equipment.
  • Produce and publish without obsessing over perfection.
  • Strong interest in building a career within the startup ecosystem.
  • Curious or knowledgeable about the B2B world and sales culture.
  • Portfolio required—demonstrate your previous work; prior company experience isn't necessary.

We are looking for someone willing to build this channel from scratch and grow with us. Once traction is evident, we are prepared to invest more—additional budget, resources, and larger responsibilities. Early team members will help shape our next chapter.

💼 Internship position with uncapped performance bonuses: every video meeting target metrics earns you a bonus—no cap. The better you perform, the more you earn.

You will work directly with founders, the sales team, and the CMO, on a project with clear budgets, metrics, and decision-making rules.
