What You'll Do 🌟

As the voice of TD, you'll be passionate about understanding and assisting our customers. Whether helping inbound customers with account inquiries or recommending TD products, your focus will be on providing personalized support and legendary customer service by making interactions easy, valuable, and trustworthy.

Where You'll Work 🏢

After completing in-person training and onboarding, you'll work primarily offsite. About 95% of your tasks can be performed independently at a secure, private workspace with a stable internet connection. The remaining time may involve in-person team events at a TD location, with specific arrangements provided by your hiring manager.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese or Mandarin
  • Excellent listening skills with a genuine desire to help customers meet their needs and resolve issues (experience in finance or service industries advantageous)
  • Proficient in multitasking across multiple computer systems and applications with speed and accuracy
  • Digital literacy with various devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, headsets, etc.)
  • Flexible, resilient, and positive attitude, especially in challenging situations
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Integrity in handling sensitive customer information, complying with regulatory and compliance standards
