What You'll Do
As the voice of TD, you'll be dedicated to understanding and assisting our customers. Whether answering inbound inquiries or recommending products and services, your goal is to provide personalized support and legendary customer service. 🤝✨

Where You'll Work
After completing initial in-person training, you'll work mainly offsite. Most activities are performed independently from a secure, private workspace with a reliable internet connection—about 95% of your time. Job Requirements
What You Need to Succeed
- High School Diploma or equivalent 🎓
- Fluent in English and Cantonese or Mandarin 🗣️
- Exceptional listening skills and a genuine curiosity to assist customers, especially those with experience in financial or service sectors. 🌟
- Ability to multitask across multiple systems with speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency with digital devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, headsets, etc.) 📱💻
- Flexibility, resilience, and a positive attitude in challenging situations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Maintain integrity and confidentiality per Regulatory and Compliance standards.
