Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service: Respond promptly to telephone and email inquiries, requests, and problems.
- Research and resolve issues: Address problems related to fraud support, internet operations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Product and service knowledge: Gain comprehensive understanding of banking products, regulations, systems, and procedures.
- Customer liaison role: Act as an intermediary between customers and various U. S. Bank departments to solve complex issues.
Basic Qualifications ✅
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 9 months of contact center customer service training/experience
- 18 months of prior customer service or related experience
- Successful completion of specialized skill training
- Bilingual proficiency: Business-level fluency in Japanese and English (reading, writing, speaking)

- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and search tools effectively
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Experience handling dissatisfied customers with a positive attitude
- Clear, articulate communication with a pleasant tone and conversational manners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
Work Schedule & Location 🕗🌎
This position features a split shift schedule:
- 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM CST
- 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM CST
It is a remote role, with a preference for candidates residing near the following hubs:

Salary & Additional Details 💰
Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on role location. We also offer incentives, recognition programs, stock purchase options, and pension plans, all subject to eligibility.
