🙌 About the Role

As a Consumer Relations Specialist, your goal is to create positive consumer experiences! You'll communicate via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, providing detailed product information, and resolving issues efficiently. Your interpersonal skills—empathy, active listening, and problem-solving—are key to engaging consumers effectively.

Become an expert on specific product segments, guide clients through troubleshooting and warranty claims, and recommend tailored solutions to boost satisfaction. Your collaboration and relationship-building skills will help you maintain accurate interaction records, identify opportunities for messaging improvements, and investigate escalations promptly.

Engage with consumers on social media, participate in initiatives to foster loyalty, contribute to our knowledge base, and support team knowledge sharing. Your insights will influence product development, enhance quality, and drive initiatives in Research & Development—all while delivering exceptional value to our consumers!

🎓 Job Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written) 🌐
  • Advanced proficiency in French (spoken and written) 🌍
  • High school diploma 🎓

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Prior experience in customer service 💼
  • Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in university 🎓
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 💻

Soft Skills:

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills 📋
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities 🧩
