MatchMedics Is Hiring A Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist Arabic Speaker Relocation To Dubai

A prestigious Dubai-based hospital is looking for a highly skilled Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist (Arabic-speaking) to join its multidisciplinary women's health team. This role offers the chance to work at a consultant level in a state-of-the-art, patient-centered environment with extensive support and a diverse international patient base.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, including antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal management. Collaborate with neonatology, anaesthetics, and maternal-fetal medicine teams for high-risk pregnancies.
• Perform elective and emergency gynaecological procedures within your scope of practice.
• Conduct outpatient clinics, ultrasound reviews (if accredited), and follow-up consultations.
• Participate in on-call and emergency obstetric coverage as per the rota.
• Maintain culturally sensitive communication with patients and families, especially Arabic-speaking patients.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care. Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory, ethical, and hospital policies.
• Hold board certification or specialist registration as a Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist.
• Eligible for the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) Consultant license.
• Minimum of 3 years' post-specialist/consultant-level experience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong expertise in both obstetrics and gynaecology.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Dedicated to maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.

🎁 What's on Offer

• Salary Range: AED 70,000 – 85,000 per month
• Eligible for a 5-10% commission once earning three times the salary
• School fee support: AED 30,000 per child annually
