📝 Responsibilities

• Assist Polish-speaking clients with inquiries related to online payment solutions
• Conduct training sessions on functionalities and best practices of payment systems
• Troubleshoot issues and provide prompt resolutions to ensure client satisfaction
• Document interactions and maintain detailed records of support activities
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex challenges and develop effective solutions
• Gather and implement feedback from clients to enhance service offerings
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in online payment technology

🎯 Requirements

• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter
• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement
• Client-focused attitude with a commitment to high-quality service
• Basic understanding of online payment systems is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive support approach
• A collaborative team player thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in customer service or related fields is beneficial but not essential
