Are you passionate about workplace safety? Do you thrive on making a real impact in construction environments? We’re looking for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) OSHA 500 Certified Construction Safety Consultant to join our team in Louisville, KY and help build a safer, smarter workforce!

What You’ll Do:

Lead OSHA training and safety workshops in both Spanish and English

Conduct on-site safety audits to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations

Develop and implement effective safety programs

Work hands-on with construction crews to foster a culture of safety

Investigate incidents, provide reports, and recommend best practices

Stay up to date on federal, state, and local safety regulations

What We’re Looking For:

OSHA 500 Certification (Preferred)

Fluency in Spanish and English (Required)

5+ years of construction safety experience OR 3 + years with EHS degree

Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations & industry best practices

Excellent communication & training skills to engage diverse teams

Ability to identify hazards, write reports, and implement solutions

A problem-solver with an eye for detail and a passion for safety!
