Grand BK Corp Is Hiring A Compliance Coordinator

Join our team as a Procurement and Compliance Coordinator, handling logistics, licensing, and vendor communication to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • OBL distribution and documentation management
  • Communication with forwarders and payment processing for ocean freight and handling charges
  • Vendor statement review and payment processing
  • Sharing arrival schedules for produce containers (including air shipments) with the Produce Team
  • Updating and coordinating produce import files with the Produce Team
  • Renewal of Weight & Measure License
  • Renewal of Fishery License
  • Coordination of scale inspections for new stores and processing Scale Device Permits Applications

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Associate's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
  • Fluent bilingual communication with forwarders, vendors, and internal teams
  • Experience in customs clearance, logistics, or administrative compliance is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail for managing licenses and permits
  • Ability to work accurately under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional communication style for external vendor and agency coordination
