About the Role

We’re looking for compassionate individuals to join our team as Companion/Sitters, offering companionship and light homemaking support to the elderly and those needing ongoing care. Please note, this role does not include hands-on personal care as per state regulations.

Qualifications

• ✅ Minimum 1-year experience in a home care setting
• ✅ Valid NC Driver's License and Auto Insurance
• ✅ Personal means of transportation
• ✅ Strong interpersonal skills
• ✅ Very dependable and responsible
• ✅ Respectful of client ethics and confidentiality
• ✅ Bilingual proficiency in English & Vietnamese is a MUST

Job Duties

• 🏡 Maintain the home in a clean and safe condition
• 🍽 Provide light housekeeping, including meal prep, laundry, and shopping
• 🎲 Offer companionship through activities like games, reading, watching TV, and outings
• 🚨 Report any incidents or issues to the Service Supervisor immediately
• 📝 Report changes in the client’s behavior or unusual incidents
• 📋 Follow the client's individual care plan
• 🚶‍♂️ Provide escort services to appointments and errands
• 🔧 Perform additional duties as assigned by the Service Supervisor
