What’s Your Mission? 🕵🏼‍♀️

As a Bilingual Community Manager, you will support the day-to-day execution of community engagement strategies across multiple clients. This role involves not only managing and nurturing online communities but also analyzing account performance and maintaining brand consistency across platforms.

Main Responsibilities 📋

• Support account organization and workflow management.
• Proactively engage with communities on social networks—creating positive conversations aligned with brand guidelines and personality.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to DMs and comments.
• Monitor social sentiment, identifying opportunities or potential issues, and alert the team accordingly.
• Schedule and publish content for various clients across multiple digital platforms.
• Develop monthly reports on performance metrics and KPIs for social and digital media.
• Conduct research and benchmarking of industry trends and best practices.
• Participate in internal meetings, content brainstorms, and client reviews as needed.

What Are We Looking For? 🔎

• At least 2 years of professional experience in consulting, journalism, public relations, or similar service-oriented industries.
• Fluent bilingual skills in English and Spanish.
• Detailed knowledge of media relations, from trade publications to national outlets.
• Experience managing online communities and generating conversations in both English and Spanish.
• Specific expertise in industries such as healthcare, technology, consumer products, public affairs, investor relations, or related fields.

It’s a Plus if You Have: ✨

• Academic background with a BA or BS degree; a graduate degree or specialization is preferred.
• Experience using tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business, Hootsuite, Notion, Asana, or similar.
