Key Responsibilities
The Community Liaison plays a vital role in communication and business development, acting as the local face of HarmonyCares by engaging with community partners, patients, and caregivers.
Core Duties Include:
- Conducting market analysis and understanding the competitive landscape
- Educating the community about our mission to provide home-based healthcare
- Meeting or exceeding goals for in-person and virtual meetings with decision-makers
- Understanding eligibility and enrollment procedures thoroughly
- Facilitating benefit enrollments and providing guidance on processes
- Monitoring performance using CRM tools to meet regional targets
- Scheduling discussions with patients and caregivers to assess program eligibility
- Informing and educating patients about accountable care organizations and other CMS programs; collecting voluntary alignment forms when applicable
- Responding to inbound inquiries from patients, families, and facility staff
- Triaging concerns related to care, scheduling, and billing efficiently and professionally
- Documenting outreach efforts and scheduling meetings with external sources
- Adhering to company policies, HIPAA guidelines, and applicable laws
- Maintaining communication with sales leaders and support staff
- Performing additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of B2B sales experience
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare sales or marketing experience
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of sales techniques and territory management
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Self-motivated, driven, and capable of performing with minimal oversight
Compensation & Benefits 💰
Salary Range: USD $65,000 – $100,000 per year
Note: Compensation is commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications. Candidate packages are tailored individually.
