Responsibilities 📝
The Community Liaison will handle inbound and outbound communications, focusing on business development, community education, and patient transition facilitation. Key tasks include:
- Analyzing market and competitive landscape to differentiate HarmonyCares offerings
- Educating the community about our mission and services
- Meeting or exceeding in-person and virtual engagement goals with decision makers
- Understanding eligibility and enrollment processes thoroughly
- Facilitating benefit enrollment and explaining healthcare programs
- Tracking performance metrics within CRM systems
- Scheduling discussions with patients and caregivers to assess program eligibility
- Informing patients about accountable care organizations and collecting voluntary alignment forms
- Handling inbound calls related to care, scheduling, and billing
- Managing outreach documentation and scheduled meetings with external partners
- Adhering to all policies, laws, and HIPAA guidelines
- Collaborating with sales leaders and support staff
- Performing additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills ⭐
- Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of B2B sales experience
- At least 2 years in healthcare-related sales or marketing
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Effective sales techniques and territory management knowledge
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
- Motivated and driven, with minimal supervision after training
Compensation 💰
Salary Range: USD $65,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
